|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling You are responsible for your order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. We cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing once delivered. If any goods are received damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving them (via email or telephone) quoting your order reference. If any goods are received faulty you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them (via email or telephone) quoting your order reference.|
We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive with the customer due to errors made by the customer when entering their address details. Please ensure that you check all your details before confirming your order. Please also note deliveries made to business addresses or your place of work are considered received once they arrive at the address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is safely received.
Deliveries are usually made by Royal Mail. We are unable to give instructions to the delivery staff with regards to leaving items elsewhere such as with neighbours, or in sheds. Any such instructions entered on your order form will unfortunately not be possible.
Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm - Please note; deliveries are normally before 1pm but this is not guaranteed and can arrive any time up until 5.00pm. this is not a service we can guarantee and no delivery refunds will be made if the parcel arrives after 1pm.
|Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you for next working day delivery . International orders are generally received in under 7 days.|
You must inform us within 24 hours if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to rectify this for you. If your order has already been despatched to you, we will be unable to change the order for you. Please return the goods unopened to us, so that we receive them back within 7 days and once we receive the item back, we will be able to exchange your order or refund you, as per our terms and conditions.
On the rare occurrence that an error should occur with your order and you receive incorrect goods to those ordered, please contact us via email or phone to notify us of this initially. Please then return the incorrect item unopened to the address below via recorded delivery within 7 days. As soon as we receive the item back, we will have the correct item sent out or refund you. We apologise for any inconvenience that any such errors may cause.
We ask that you do contact us before returning any goods to check that you have received the wrong item, as we stock many items that are compatible with various different handsets. You may have received the correct goods for your phone, despite them being labelled for a different handset. Any such goods returned to us for an unnecessary exchange may be subject to a handling fee to cover postage and packaging costs
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|
|Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.|

Cancel an order
You have a right to cancel your order before despatch or within seven working days after the date of delivery by sending either written notice of cancellation to:

or emailing us at Sales@avi-norwich.co.uk quoting your order reference number. We will refund you the cost of the unwanted item within 30 days. Once you receive the cancelled order please return the item back to us with seven days of receiving the parcel.
Returning unwanted / non faulty goods
We ask that you return unwanted goods to us within 7 days of the cancellation of your order. You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted goods to us. If you do not return the goods to us as requested, they must be made available for collection and you will be charged the cost of recovering the goods from yourself.
Goods must be returned to us in as new condition (including all packaging) and must be taken care of whilst in your possession. We ask that any goods that are in sealed packaging and are clearly visible without the need to open the packaging remain unopened. If any of these conditions are not met, you will be charged to cover the loss in value to the goods.
With the exception of faulty goods we cannot accept returns of software or goods containng sofware where the seal has been broken.
Any unwanted goods being returned to us must be properly packed and addressed, with adequate postage and sent with a reputable carrier. We recommend sending goods back using recorded/registered delivery with insurance from Royal Mail.
Please note it is our policy to refund by way of the original purchase method of payment.
Returning faulty or damaged goods
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or despatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned and tested. Please contact us before you return any goods you believe are faulty, as some problems can be rectified without the need to return the product. All goods returned as faulty will be fully tested by our returns department to confirm that they are faulty, please enclose your order reference , contact details and a short description of any fault and then send to the address above.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
